All international orders are shipped via UPS with a 2-3 business day processing. Depending on your location, packages may take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Tracking

Each order will be provided with tracking numbers once shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details.

It may take longer than estimated delivery time

At times delays can occur which are outside JUNE BIKINI's control and which we are not responsible for. If you have a delayed parcel please reach out to the shipping carrier initially with your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information. JUNE BIKINI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The import of a product from japan may be subject to taxes and custom fees in the country of delivery, and these supplementary costs are the customer's responsibility.

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required unless otherwise stated. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.

JUNE BIKINI has no control over customs and import tax and I can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.

Refusing to pay customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and parcel is returned back to JUNE BIKINI, a shipping & handling fee $50 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non- negotiable. In addition to this any parcel returned to sender due to incorrect address will incur a fee $50 USD

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items and ask for a refund, an exchange. All returned items must be unused and in the original condition you received them in. (product tags and the hygiene liners must be attached on the product)

You have 7 days from arrival date to return the item. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. You must email us at service@junebikini.com to begin the return process. After we receive returned item, we will settle any price differences and send you the new item requested.

For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, You are not eligible for getting a refund or an exchange if the item is worn or is soiled / stained.

Damaged Items/ Defective/ Incorrect items

If a product is damaged during transport, or incorrect , please contact us at service@junebikini.com within 7 days of delivery and send a detailed photo of the damage along with your order number

Undeliverable / Refused / Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned or destroyed due to an incorrect / incomplete address, refusal to pay duties / taxes, or missed pick up window, shipping carriers may return or dispose of the parcel. if the carrier dispose of / destroys the parcel, no refund is possible.
